Deckman perfection



We had an insanely tasty meal at Deckman's today. Drew Deckman is an American-born Micheline star chef who lived in France, Germany and Switzerland before settling in on the Baja lifestyle. When he's not blue-water sport fishing, scuba diving or golfing, he's making delicious things at his restaurant in the Valle. Everything is local from Mogor Ranch or else within a few kilometers from there. The result is refined, seasonal bites while overlooking Mogor's incredible vineyard. 

All and all, it's one of the most romantic dinners we've ever had together.
