Holy pulpo! We just had the most amazing lunch at Finca Altozano, where star chef Javier Plascencia makes magic. This is one of a few casual fine dining spots popping up in Valle de Guadalupe, and it's certainly popular. Stop by for lunch and order the grilled octopus appetizer along with some local oysters and anything else from the grill. Wash it down with local wine, obv, and then stumble over to Magone tasting room a little further down the dusty road to try some of the best wines in the Valle.
