Festival de las Conchas

Vindemia (wine harvesting) season has begun! This week was Festival of the Shells, where we sampled all sorts of local hard-shelled creatures and sipped the best Valle de Guadalupe has to offer. 


Here there were over a hundred Baja restaurants serving up their best fishy botanas (snacks), and just as many vineyards offering samples of their best wine pairings. We also saw some great cooking demonstrations from Baja's best like Solange Muris and Drew Deckman.
